As an employer you'll already know that there are a myriad of obligations that we have from a legal perspective. And this can change at the rate of knots!

We are constantly keeping up to date with what all of the current employment regulations are so that when you need information, it is at our fingertips and all you have to do is call us.

You might want to check what the current minimum rate of pay should be, or what you need to pay someone if they are off sick. What if an employee is pregnant and going on Maternity leave..what are they entitled to and what do you need to pay? Who pays them? Can they come back to work?

What if they need time off for a funeral? What are they entitled to?

What about holidays? Do they get paid for them? How many days are they entitled to? Do bank holidays count?
