what we do

Aside from the Telephone Advisory Service, you may decide that you have a requirement for us to come on site to assist you.

For example, you may wish us to help with a recruitment project and take the lead on interviewing if the interviewer is inexperienced.

Equally, you may have taken advice from our helpline, know what you need to do and what is the best course of action but not feel confident about carrying out your plan on your own. We can be there either to take the lead for you or to 'sit-in' and give you advice as back-up there and then.

Other projects like training seminars may need our specialist input.

Whatever the reason for our on-site activity, our aim is always not only to do the job for you but to make sure that we are transferring knowledge to yourself or other employees so that you will be confident with that situation should it arise in the future.

The costs for on-site work is usually based on either a daily rate for one off limited work on site or we can offer an 'all-inclusive' fee for a longer term project.

The fee structures would reflect the complexity of the project and the resource we would require to apply to it.
