Employment Advice Line

Any call that you make which requires follow up in writing will be included as part of the service to you. For example, you may be calling about an issue with an employee's timekeeping and decide to hold a meeting with the employee. We will provide you with a template for a letter inviting the employee to the meeting outlining the reason for the meeting and another letter after the meeting confirming the action that has been taken and what has been agreed.

In short, we will provide all and any documentation required for all calls that you make to us.
