For a fixed monthly fee, you receive unlimited telephone advice on employee issues and employment information.
The monthly cost is based on the number of employees in your Company so that it's cost effective depending on your likely usage:

On Site Assistance and Special Projects
When you feel that you need our assistance on site or you have a special project you would like us to work on or you need our help with a training initiative, we will discuss with you the fee structure for that event.
This is usually based on either a daily rate for one off limited work on site or we can offer an 'all-inclusive' fee for a longer term project. The fee structures would reflect the complexity of the project and the resouce we would require to apply to it.
Employment Policies and Contracts
Our Employment Package consists of all the very basic documentation and templates that you as an employer will need and is tailored to your Company and employees .The Employment Package is a fixed fee of £250 and will include:
- A Job Offer letter template with relevant forms
- An Employment Contract with all the details of the Terms and Conditions of Pay and Employment
- A Disciplinary Policy and Procedures so that everyone knows what happens in the event of an employment issue.
- A Grievance Policy & Procedures. Outlines what happens in the event that an employee wants to make a complaint.
Employee Handbooks
Our experience over the years has shown us time and again that as businesses develop, less problems arise where the rules about and details of employment are clear and open for all to see.
We provide comprehensive Staff Handbooks with details of all policies from holidays to time off for Jury Duty, dress code, attendance policies and everything related to the working environment.
There are 3 versions of Handbook available depending on your needs and costing from £500 to £1500 depending on the complexity. We would be delighted to discuss what the options are with you without any obligation.
